Our leasing office is located at 1128 SW 6th Ave Gainesville, FL 32601. Office hours are 11AM – 5PM, Monday – Friday and by appointment only on Saturdays.
Rent is due by the FIRST of each month. Rent MUST be paid online (FREE) using your Tenant Portal. If Internet access is unavailable, a SINGLE check or money order may be mailed or delivered to the office at Prosperity Management, located at 1128 SW 6th Ave Unit 1, Gainesville, FL 32601.
Submit all Maintenance Requests (unless it is an emergency) using your Tenant Portal. Emergency Maintenance – flood, sewage backup, fire, no A/C, no heat, toilet overflow, water leak, etc. – MUST be called in to 352-415-2131 immediately.
We do not have an after-hours lockout service. Contact Mobile Locksmith (24 Hour Service) for lock outs at (352) 378-0870 if you lock yourself out of your apartment. You will be responsible for any fees and charges the locksmith has. If it is during business hours, we will be happy to unlock your unit.
Yes! We offer reserved, guaranteed parking for an additional monthly fee! Please contact the office for more information on our parking.
While we love our furry friends, animals are not permitted at Woodbury Row.
Rent at Woodbury Row includes high-speed internet, pest control, trash removal.
Woodbury Row offers 12-month installment leases.
Woodbury Row does not offer roommate matching.
Your mail will be delivered to your assigned mailbox located on the property. Packages will be delivered to your doorstep or to a parcel locker on the property that is owned and maintained by the United States Postal Service.
Mailboxes are the property of the United States Post Office. New keys can be obtained at the US Post Office located at 4600 SW 34th Street for $25 or the current price set by the US Postal Service. They will require a lease to make new keys.
There are 2 dumpsters located on the property. One is located in the middle of our parking lot behind our 1100 SW 6th Ave apartment building and the other is located on the east side of our 1011 SW 5th Ave apartment building. There are recycling bins located behind a white picket fence attached to our 513 SW 12th St building and next to the dumpster at our 1011 SW 5th Ave building. Please remember, only the products listed on the recycling bins are allowed to be placed in them!
